If Thermal Imaging is carried out in addition to a standard building inspection prices do increase as the cameras we use are quality, high performance infrared imaging equipment and are very expensive. We also believe in training our inspectors so they have the necessary skills and expertise to work with these cameras throughout the inspection process. We will ensure you get the best inspection possible.

Terms of Trade
As timeframes are usually very tight we always try our very best to work within your timeframe and with your agent to book a time that suits everyone We are happy to cancel a booked inspection however we ask that you give us as much time as possible as its quite often we have to turn clients down. For this reason A cancellation fee of $200 +gst will apply if the inspection is cancelled within 24 hours prior to the inspection.
Payment is required once the on site inspection has been completed and prior to the report being released to view. If payment is not received collection will be passed to Bay Corp for collection and all cost incurred will be passed on.
